Meh for clouds

Why is the weather nice NOW? And last night it was raining ><;; This really irks me. Because last night was supposed to be the best night for watching the Perseid meteor shower and I didn't get to see a single one! OK, I saw some the night before and if the skies are clear tonight, I'm probably going to see some more, but still... -___-

So instead of watching the Perseids I made a wallpaper. And some scans.

Now, there's the question of how many glittery brushes can you put on a wallpaper? Most people seem to like grungy stuff but I prefer anything that glitters and last night I made the first wallpaper for my new monitor. And I need lots of new ones because the resolution is now 1280 x 1024 and most of my wallpapers are 1024 x 768 -_-; I mean, yeah, I can still use them but they look kinda blurry. So I guess I need a new stock.

You can get get my first try here. It's not an anime wallpaper, it's just the experiment of what you can do with glitter brushes, leaf brushes (Suntiger still makes the best brushes around), the Photoshop rainbow gradient and about 20 layers of clouds. And of course it's blue ^_^. If anyone'd like to use it but needs another resolution (though WinXP should be able to render it without problems) let me know.

And due to the suggestion of basicblack I also scanned some of the best images from the Haruka Super Guide and volume 10. Have fun with them and if you need better quality, tell me. I just didn't feel like uploading several 13+ MB bitmaps x_X.

And if I catch someone hotlinking I'll make it friends only. Though I will probably do that anyway because the file will stay online until the Otter comes back in three weeks ^^.

Meh, I have 29 GB of graphics on this partition. I should kick some of the stuff out. I'm running out of space here. On a friggin' 80 GB harddisc. *shakes head*
