O! Glory In the Void
Ah, shits, it's been three days or so, hasn't it? I should've been a little more attentive, I suppose. You missed out on rants about Haiti, the role of corporations in government, and Catholic vs. Evangelical worldviews. I might get back to them at some point.
Took a nice little weekend away from things. Not out of the city, unfortunately, but just some time for indiefishsteak and I in a quiet hotel. Stuck in this miserable hellhole, I think it's necessary for the continued maintenance of our sanity to seal ourselves away from people once in a while. It was relaxing and lovely, however short it may have been.
I suppose, deprived of those aforementioned rants, I don't have a whole lot to say at the moment. I'll try harder tomorrow. In the meantime, I'm working on s'more mixes; not sure why I make 'em, other than it's nice to have a pre-assembled list of songs that fits a certain mood. And Genius fails miserably, so I'm left to my own devices. Ah well.
