lololol! Again, very flattered here, but I don't think Xpyne and I have been quite the powerhouse within the fandom as we once imagined ourselves in over a year. X'D Though I will admit a big cause of my ennui has definitely been the lack of new material, fuckyouTokyopop. And like I said to chorus_of_chaos, I've got quite the folder of Saiyuki projects in various states of undress progress sitting on my desktop, so there's always hope for the unexpected strike of inspiration...
We'll have to see about Y-con. Depending on where Xpyne and I will be living, how much money/effort it would mean in getting there, etc (plus the fact that I don't know if, on principle alone, I can go to a con and not dress up--and unless Minekura suddenly comes out with some kick-ass new outfits, I think Xpyne and I have finally reached the zenith of our Saiyuki cosplay ambitions, lol). But circumstances willing, I would definitely love to see all you guys again. ♥
::insert biggest whiny noise in the world, here:: I know, I know. And I've developed this habit of sort of bouncing from job to job every year or two; I get a job, take to the learning curve, hard, and my bosses always love me...and then I reach the point where I just can't make myself do it anymore, so I come up with reasons that I just have to move away, and they're always so sad to see me go... I know I won't be able to be happy with a job long-term unless it's what I really want to do, and for that I need my Masters. Bleh.
