And now Xpyne is leaving me for two weeks to spend Christmas in Alabama with her best friend and the best friend's family (I am writhing with indignant, jealous hatred here--she's MY sister, not yours, A! TnT), and there are so many things I would have liked for us (read: Xpyne) to have done before now, like Christmas cards, or, or, I don't know, anything at all. ::flails a bit:: But.
What should have been said long ago were some thank-yous to amai_kaminari and jedishampoo for the adorable little snowflakes they sent us! And wishes for a happy holiday season to all our friends! And I think I've decided to say screw it, I've put it off long enough--and if it stymies me in my own stuff THAT much, then it's just proof I suck all that much more--I'm going to try to use these couple weeks off I have from work to catch up on all of, ah, the posts (particularly fic... >_>) of the flist that I've been dicking around about committing to doing for the past YEAR. <-- let's see how long this sense of determination lasts, shall we?
And why am I even still awake?? I have to be in traffic school in less than seven and a half hours! >:C
