Ahhhh, things have (clearly--or, uh, not) been crazy for me and Xpyne since the beginning of the year, and we haven't been around a lot. D:
UNACCEPTABLE.
Anyway, I had been wanting to try my hand at making a music video for Sanzo and Goku for a while, but needed the proper motivation. Mosh's
Project 39 gave me the appropriate kick-in-the-butt, but jezus, the thing proved a hell of a lot more work than I'd foolishly thought. lol Fortunately, Xpyne saw my progress and decided she wanted a finger in the pie, too, and she was able to lend some invaluable help. >:DDD o wait, I mean :DDD
I'm not sure how many of you saw it, though, because due to massive FAIL on the part of WMM's "help" section, it took us over a week to figure out how to save such a large file, and the video was (more than) a little late in joining the project.
O yea, lemme also explain that in doing this project, we'd really wanted to use pictures exclusively from Minekura's manga. The anime art is inconsistent (read: often ugly, lulz), and sadly most of the "39 moments" in it are from ridiculous storylines which never took place, canonically. I've seen a few art book/manga music videos made for Gojyo and Hakkai, but none for Sanzo and Goku. UNACCEPTABLE. ಠ_ಠ
So yeah, every picture you see is either from the manga, or Offroad. ...Except for the pics Xpyne drew, BET YOU'LL NEVER GUESS WHICH ONES. XDDD

Yay!!! (Unfortunately, lj won't let me embed the video at 'actual size' without doing something wonky with scroll bars, but the original is a high-quality 640 x 480 pixels. I don't know if anyone is interested, but I could put the file up on sendspace...? :B)
EDIT: You can now download the .wmv file
