So what do you think? Does it sound like you? I think it sounds a lot like you, even though I think you may be an INFJ. you're definitely into art, music, and cooking! :D the longer version of the test words the same type of questions in many different ways, to allow you the nuances of choosing one answer or another in slightly different connotation, which might help if you found yourself thinking both! to many of them. of course, temperament values are not mutually exclusive. it's more about understanding personality by looking at underlying motivations. the questions are geared toward outward expressions, and what we do or want doesnt always reflect how we feel of think.

I used to always test as an F, but the description never seemed right, until I realized it was because the questions were phrased like this: "Would you rather be A) warm-hearted? B) cool-headed?" and I would say, A! because I am definitely B, and I would rather be A. LOL which defeated the purpose of the question, i.e. identifying me as a cool-headed (T, not F) person. I was talking to a classmate the other day, and I told her she was brave for volunteering to present first, and she told me she hates going first! but she forces herself to always volunteer to go first cuz her mom thinks it's beneficial and tells her to. haha, so on a question like "Do you A) volunteer to go first? B) wait and see how things go?", her answer wouldn't reflect her motivation either. poor girl. but she's brave and forthright, at least, and respects her mom.

Anyway, you should buy and read the book (Please Understand Me! by David Keirsey and Marilyn Bates ), soes we can pick it apart together! ♥ er, well, that kind of thing is more fun for NTs than SJs... lol ::♥ on you::
