Saiyuki drabble

The day is inordinately warm for this time of year, but there’s a cool breeze at their backs, and the sunlight makes them all a little drowsy.

The two in the back of the jeep are mercifully quiet, and with his arms crossed over his chest, Sanzo dozes.  Stuck between sleep and wakefulness, he half-dreams they’ve reached a cool stream.

*sniffs* Lucky Sanzo. I loved the image of Goku running his fingers through Sanzo's hair. It was sweet, and strangely erotic. *shrugs* Must be me, though.

And I liked the fact that Sanzo couldn't decipher reality from the mini-dream he was having. I've had that happen before, and it's crazy. You write a confused Sanzo very well, so kudos to you for that. *hearts*

Sanzo's dream was funny and I like how confused Goku makes him feel.

Thank you very much. I wanted to try to protray that sort of dream that's not really a dream which you tend to fall into when you're dozing off. But as Goku continues to mature, I think he'll be making Sanzo feel confused more and more often, lol.
