127 : Angel Hands!
Guys guys I'm so excited after my first visit with the chiropractor today! To start with they have an online form for you to print and fill out so you don't have to waste extra time to get there early and do paperwork. They also have an x-ray machine right there in the exam room, plus their own little darkroom! I didn't have to wait fifteen minutes to see how my back looked.
The results? One of my lumbar discs (fifth, I think) is tilted the wrong way and the whole area of my spine is rigid, causing me pain. |D; So I get to be chiropracted on! Have to say that I was surprised when he went right into doing the treatment then - it seems the first visit to a new doctor is always just a consultation. But, but! The best part is that after one good twistypushthing, I felt so much better! :'D I also got electric and ultrasonic therapy, and some sort of mechanical back massage thing to help loosen the muscles. My pain is by no means gone, but the constant pressure I was experiencing has dropped a ton. I can't wait to go back on Monday for another session. :3
Forgot to mention that they have an in-office dog with the job of Patient Relations. How cool is that? 8D
