105 : RL summary, cut & dry version.
Things have not gone smoothly since we moved. One of the days we were unloading stuff, the dish TV person said they had to have a tv to set it up. Guess where it was? Yep. Back in Maryland. Then the guy from the phone company couldn't find a phone jack, and neither could we. That took forever. The first place we signed up for a phone service had a bundle with internet listed on their website so we went with that, but they turned around and said internet wasn't available where we're located. Verizon didn't want this area either, apparently. The only other option was Hughesnet, though their service leaves something to be desired and slows down if we go over a certain limit.
As for the house: We never got a copy of the lease, which was supposed to be for a year. Two days ago the landlady (also the realtor) told us she's behind on payments and may have to sell the house. THEN she emailed yesterday saying maybe she won't have to sell if the bank will work with her, and that people are coming over Saturday to look at the house.
So it's back to packing and searching for a new place to live. Preferably one with two bathrooms.
