Thanks for the comments on my last post, guys. It really helped. ♥ Still way out of it, but I've been trying to keep busy.

Everybody loves polls, right? ...right? )

There is no fail. Because there is no notifications. 8Db

......

Time to add another doujin/artist to my ever-expanding list of Abyss wants. ;A;

Ignore my fail. <<;

Thank you for going through the trouble, though. \:D;/

YAY FOR NO NOTIFICATIONS! Just watch, they'll turn back on at some point, and you'll get to see the fail after all. Ahh, well, at least you've been warned about it.

For the record, it's a little difficult tracking them down as I've no idea how many books they've released, but I know of at least two--one of which I'm currently stalking on Y!J and considering snagging.

In any case, I'm glad I could introduce another awesome artist. 8D

WONDER WHAT LJ FUCKED UP NOW!! I dunno. I think a bunch of my notifications got lost last time. xD;

That's okay for me! One less thing to tempt me into spending more money. |Db Oooo. When the auction is over, could you link me to it so I can save the image of the cover? :D

There's too maaaaany. XD

I've recently been given graduation presents from a couple different channels, so you have one guess to figure out what I've been using it on. /cough. I recently won something with two of Coa's books in it, I am ecstatic.

I will link it to you if it gets refreshed, lol. I think it ended with no bids, so if it pops up again, I'll let you know, haha, I am the failest stalker ever.

...or I could've shortly gone blind and for some reason have gone dyslexic and that's why I couldn't find it, but I FOUND IT, LOL?

What better way to spend your graduation presents than on pretty art? \:D/ Cooooooa! I love her art like burning. ♥ Not her website so much though. Most links open in new tabs and it drives me crazy. XD

Ahaha~ I'm bad at watching auctions myself, so I usually have to put the link where I'll see it. XD

For the record, I won the auction. /o/.

I love her art too, and I'm not actually a big Asch/Luke fan, loool.

Hurray! \o/

Noooooo, share the Asch/Luke with me if you're not that much of a fan! XDDD

Here's the auction, by the by. For the record, this cover is done by the other artist in the circle. /nods.

I'll share, certainly! I am, admittedly, not a big Asch/Luke shipper. I just am attracted to things that are handled in interesting ways, which is why I own so much Sync/Asch even if I'm not a big fan of it. XD

Yay, thank you! :D I had no idea there was even another artist in the circle. <<;

\8D/ As I'm sure it's obvious, I'm almost one of those crazy fangirls for the redheads paired together. They just press all my happy buttons. XD But wow, Sync/Asch was something I thought only applied to stories. XDDD

Yeah, that circle has two artists in it. It doesn't happen too often--it used to be more common before, actually, to have circles with more than one artist--but goldenfloatring is indeed one of those pair circles. XD

Which is, in a way, a good thing! I mean, you might have a very long list of artists and such that you want to collect, but since most of them fall under Asch/Luke, I'm pretty sure you'll never have a list quite as long and expensive as mine. I'm pretty sure people can't look at my collection and figure out what kind of fan I am or what I ship at all. xD

You noticed that trend too, huh? I remember looking at Slayers and Sailormoon doujinshi years ago and it seemed like most were the work of several people. :o I've also noticed that with Abyss, there seem to be certain artists who do covers for text doujin or are guests a lot. It's neat. :D;

That's very true! Without being able to understand the stories, I mostly stick to artists I like or doujin that center around the redheads. Which is bad enough with circles like Tsukishimaya and C-Project. XD; You could make a game out of having people guess what your ships are! XD

Also! Now that I'm in Maryland, whenever you're ready to ship my doujinshi is fine by me~ \o

I definitely did. XD In any case, there's more of an emphasis on personal accomplishment these days, which is why there's more collaborative works between personal circles rather than two people per circle, in my opinion. The Abyss scene seems pretty close, which is rather awesome. It makes watching collaborative oekaki and the conversations the artists have while drawing them that much more fun to rewatch. XD

Mmm, Tsukishimayaaaa and C-Projecttttt. I have quite a bit of Tsukishimaya but by no means do I have them all yet, I think. Iiiiii'm not sure whether being able to understand the stories helps me or hurts me in the long run. I mean, my collection is ridiculous, and when you think about the fact that I've only been in the fandom for about 19 months, it just shows what a nut I am. orzAnd that's awesome timing then. I was planning on taking all the things I have to send out to the post office tomorrow or Wednesday, either after my interview or before the career fair. In any case, expect them to be shipping out in the next couple ( ... )
