Oh... I loved this one! There is a lot of emotional depth to this chapter. Everyone seems to be struggling so hard to find their right place in this new post-war world that you've created. I think I've fallen in love with your Narcissa. She's so strong, but also so... wounded. She could be a godsend for all those poor slytherin children. I sincerely hope the board listens to Severus.

I know that he was a prat here, but I really liked Draco. He is also trying very hard to stick to those things that are familiar to him and I bet that holding onto his old patterns of behavior might have felt comforting when confronted with the experience of actually having Harry Bloody Potter sitting in his house like a welcome guest. Severus' reaction was understandable, of course, and Draco would do well with thinking before he speaks, but... I loved how natural and IC your version of young Malfoy came across.

The cinema scene was just adorable. Harry's enthusiasm and Severus indulgent mood were simply a joy to read. Now I'm off to the next one, so... see you in a sec, soleo. ;)

Narcissa is someone that can be written in so many different ways, because so much was left out in the books. but I know that it was her love for her family that allowed her to save Harry in the final battle. So I'm building from there.

Draco is a prat here, I did that on purpose. He will find his place eventually. and I do love the idea of him and Harry being great friends post-war.
