I especially like how this one turned out. Hollis modeled, sitting in the benches of my favorite church for our class.
Jenny Anderson modeled for class on the steps of the church, and still life from our apartment of basil sauce, tomato vine and vino.
The view of the houses from the Caffé Poliziano balcony when you look to the right. Straight out was gorgeous contryside. Oh Italy!!!!
I retouched my picture of the Chrysanthemums to make them a sweet pink.
Here are two other pictures of mine that I've retouched the coloring on. With this new software I can make my pictures how I intended them to be, if they don't develop that way at first! I always remember things with more vibrant color than photos catch, so this new software is exciting~ especially because now I can correct photos that were too dark, or too yellow.
::::I can't believe it's already July 29th. I finally got my computer back though, yay!! And I got a sweet printer that does digital photos [directly from the camera], copies and scans documents too. Once I get photoshop, I'll never have to spend any time in an art lab again!!
I'm excited about living on campus next year, although I know I'll miss Ma and Pa- It's going to be very strange not being at home. I've been waking up usually around 2-3pm, and staying up till 6-8am. It's nice to have the house to myself during these morning hours since they don't have the tvs so loud. I'm going to hate having to be quiet for my 3 other roommates in the ECV; Ma and Pa don't hear very well, and I rarely have to worry about being too loud at the house.
I just watched Funny Girl downstairs; Streisand has such powerful vocals! The last song, titled "My Man," is my favorite.
Now I'm going to go eat some cheesy onion eggs, then go to sleep on my wonderful new feather down ikea pillow, wake up in time to eat at the Golden Corral, and then go swimming with Kathy and hopefully Brice too!! :]
