This spell won't do a single thing to cure a poisoned vampire, but I found it while I was looking, and right now it's about all I can send.
Print out attachment 1; fold it into 4 squares. Open it.
Print out attachment 2; fold it into 4 squares. Don't open it. Give it to Angel.
