I don't think he's keeping anything important from us, but...

Ugh, it makes me sound really arrogant to say it, but I don't think he views us like Godric did. I mean, I don't want to be looked up to or worshiped or held in high esteem or anything, but Godric sought us out specifically. It was very flattering, but it was also a sign that he believed us and trusted our judgment, even if he didn't agree with some of the things we said.

I don't think Marco thinks of us the same way. Godric was adamant about having us split up amongst the groups, so that we could each contribute and sort of act the part of guidance. I mean...I don't think there's anything on this ship even as old as me. [And Bumblebee is relatively young.]

I'm not sure. Maybe I just need to observe some more before I go making hasty assumptions.

I don't know if he disrespects us -well, all of us- [Since it's pretty obvious already that he doesn't like Ironhide all that much,] but you're right. He's not taking it very seriously either.

I'm not sure if it's just because of what we're used to, though. Our preparedness comes from thousands of years of preparation and practice, after all; we can't really expect everyone to have the same mindset. And he did say that he wanted something pre-organized instead of attempting to throw something together in the midst of chaos, but I think he meant more that he wanted something organized, but not structured.

We could just be too militant for what he actually wants.

If this operation is to be at all successful, then it needs to be taken seriously. Squads cannot function well together unless they train together. I fail to see why this is such a difficult concept for them.
