The Smith originally of this Matrix developed the ability to possess anyone jacked into the system, including overwrite other programs, and make them just like him. The abilities I've taken from the
IMP have been most helpful in allowing me to learn the ways of the new order.
By interfacing with other programs, agents inparticular, I can access their knowledge and gain new abilities through them. This is apparently true with the re-animated dead as well, as I recently learned with
Trinity's Ghost.
I've also learned that I can put people into a coma like state. A usual side effect of interface is my subject goes into a near fugue like state and then awakes, some time later, with a glitch in their memory. A variation of what my predecessor accomplished, I think I can make it so they don't wake up at all...ever.
Just need a conclusive test for this...a suitable target.
