It's pretty late for them to both be up, but when Sophie decides she's up, she's up and there's not a thing that either of them can do to convince her other wise. She's got Web's fierce blue eyes but maybe she looks a little bit more like Joe in her face, the older she gets.

In the kitchen, he cuts cookies one handed, with her settled on his hip. There's a bunny shaped cookie that's her favourite and he walks it in front of her face, carefully keeping it out of reach of grabbing little hands.
"You ready to go back to bed, toots?" he asks her, even though she's too little to do anything but babble back and reach for his nose. "Because there's an empty spot in a bed with your Pops' name written on it. Ain't that right?"A
