After one week, my room is still clean. Sound the trumpets!
Going to Sacremento tomorrow, so the current mood shouldn't last too long. XD
I'm actually going to bed right now (brain slowly seeping into sinuses and out nose), but I felt like posting a meme. So I stole one from
heebeeComment with a fandom and I'll answer these questions
(

The Judge. Don't ask me, I have this thing for morons.
02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now:
Edgeworth. Frankly, I was expecting Sasuke. What I got was an intriguing character with personality despite his overwhelming angst. Thank god I'm not a soothsayer.
Though that icon is making me reconsider.
03. The character everyone else loves that I don't:
I'm... not sure I have one. I guess I don't like Phoenix as much as the general populace seems to? But considering that the general populace likes to make him into Phoenix Wright: Emo Attorney, I'm not sure we're liking the same character here. You saw nothing.
04. The character I love that everyone else hates:
Gant. I don't know if the rest of fandom loves or hates Gant, but they should hate him because he's an evil prick. But I love him for his clapping and long-ass stares and his horrible suit.
05. The character I used to love but don't any longer:
Oh jeez, I dunno. I'm gonna say Larry, because I used to like him but now I don't have any particular feelings for him.
06. The character I would shag anytime:
Mia. If a pulse is a prerequisite, then Lana.
07. The character I'd want to be like:
Phoenix, actually. I can only bullshit in writing. Also, I want the gravity-defying hair.
I would say Wendy Oldbag, but if my grandma is any kind of example, I will be like her one day.
08. The character I'd slap:
Adrian Andrews. GROW A SPINE, WOMAN. Also, how callous do you have to be to *spoiler* your *spoiler* *spoil EVERYTHING*?
09. A pairing that I love:
I have to choose? Phoenix/Edgeworth, then, but Phoenix/Franziska, Phoenix/Mia and Mia/Lana are up there too. Also Edgeworth/Gumshoe, but that's more pity sex than anything.
10. A pairing that I despise:
Edgeworth/von Karma the Elder. My face puckers up just reading the names together. Also Phoenix/Maya, because it sets off my incest alarm.
As for yaoi, I find the psychological factors behind it fascinating, and I think that, when well-done, it can be more well-thought-out than a lot of fanfic focused on the canon pairings. Note the words, "well-thought-out." When not well-thought-out, it can be truly awful, but it's still fun to watch fans fight over who gets to put what appendage in which orifice.
