Backstory: Born Brandine and Dussa Nothark to Saint Ynigma, the boys were demigods and were raised in "Aquila", which kind of exists outside of usual reality and stuff. Ynigma saw them start to act weird and Fae and as a mother was like, "Luke, you were right all along, I want you to take my boys and raise them as regular people so they don't lose their humanity." Dustin and Brenden still had issues with identifying with regular people and suffered from social anxienty, but never ascribed it to anything more than personality disorders. EventuallyBrenden showed and interest in bikes and joined the Chaser bike gang "Dingir", and became Marduk.

If he's comfortable with the people/area he's in or if he's too tired to care, he dissolves into movement/sight gags and flops over things and hangs there, specifically hanging off of couches, laying on tables and counters, laying his chin on everything. Takes on a kind of defensive PUFF CHEST UP stance if he feels uncomfortable. Spiritual Characteristics

Religion:
Does the character believe in a god or goddess? Believes in "Deiforms" and "Saints" and a plethora of other strange things. Deiforms are just animist representations of things in nature, and Saints are people who raise to godhood. 
What are the character's spiritual beliefs? As a Chaser, travel is his religion, but other than that there's belief in honoring metal, he has some kinda zen shit going for him and he's a Voidsleeper, so he believes dreams are kinda real themselves

If so, what role does it play? HE IS A DEMIGOD. That means people are "religioning" after him. And he does not like that. Also. He hates cults. Because cults did BAD THINGS to him. But his own beliefs are kinda casual, besides Voidsleeping

If this character were an animal, what would they be? Bearded Dragon, Horned Toad or Dragonfly 
Why? Dragonfly is kinda his symbol, and he likes insects for their weird/different/sleek forms. Bearded dragons and horned toads look all spiny and intimidating but they'd sooner turn tail than do anything.

Do? Still a biker.

If you could compare this character to an existing character, who would s/he be and why? He has been called Ghost Rider on several occasions but lol no not really. Someone compared him to Jet from Cowboy Bebop, personalitywise. 
If you could choose an actor for this character, who would it be? er. Someone that's not really all that well known?
If you could choose a voice actor for this character, who would it be? OOH GOOD QUESTION. I uh. Don't know. 
Who/what was your character inspired by? He was created as a spinoff character and was supposed to kinda echo Luke in a way, then he took off in his own direction. He also draws some inspiration from my uncle Martin, I guess, the taiko drumming thing specifically.

Relationships with other characters: Oddly enough most of the "characters" Marduk interacts with are either ghosts, animals or personified inanimate objects. Vashti(his bike) is like an older sister, Mr. Sandhill(crane-man) is like an old professor/guide/challenger, Tomka(Sentinel/Soldier) is a sort of benign creepy thing/guardian force, Scratch n' Sniff/Brute is his pet lizard/companion through some of his Dreamworld. Luke is his father-figure, Dust is his twin brother, Cadmium Falcon was his boyfriends who died and his relationship with Jack is ridiculously complicated B|
Where, how and when did s/he first interact with other characters: Luke raised Marduk and his brother, and a few people Marduk met as a Biker. It takes him a long time to warm up to anyone. Vashti and Brute are figures from his dreams, but he does talk to Vashti on the road sometimes. He meets Jack when he wanders into Marduk's dreamworldplacething "Arcturus", whereupon Jack fixes his bike, which allows him to "escape" Arcturus
What was this character's life like before something, if anything, happened to change it all:
How Character is different at the end of the novel from when the novel began: No different except he eventually gains "sainthood" alongside someone who makes him facepalm into forever. Maybe a little more anxious, maybe a little more serene. Not sure yet.
