The Great Escape (David McCallum dead at 90)
Very sorry to hear that David McCallum (Ducky on NCIS) has passed away. I remember seeing him on NCIS and not recognizing him at first, but his name seemed really familiar. I Googled and knew exactly who he was in The Great Escape. I remember his character was shot down on the train tracks. I never watched The Man From UNCLE, but The Great Escape was a favorite movie of mine when I was young. Great film! Oddly enough, it's airing tonight on TMC.
I'm glad he lived a long life and was healthy enough to work through his 80s. He will be missed by many.
