I had an epic trilogy in my previous fandom. I still remember parts of where I was headed with it even though I haven't touched it in years (2008 as far as I can tell). I thought I was further along, but may have lost 1-3 chapters to a computer crash. Perhaps one day I will get back to it. *Crossposted on DW, read/comment where you please.
