System Failure
Well, the full moon is working its trickery!
Today, ALL DAY, our system was offline at work, which meant like 5-7 minutes per cutomer to complete a sale at the register for any customer using a credit card. (We had to use the phone and call every transaction in manually to VISA/MC/AMEX/etc)
That alone was enough of a wait to piss tons of people off who just dropped their stuff and WALKED OUT.
Then, as if that wasnt bad enough, one of the 2 registers completely crashed and couldnt be recovered AT ALL.
Apparently, it has to do with AT&T, not us...but Im almost scared to go back tomorrow, as its not going to be fixed till the earliest Sunday, and tomorrow is one of the busiest shopping days of the year. OMG, OMG. People are going to loose it and freak out and yell at me, and take out their holiday shopping frustrations on me. *sigh*
