This is Emergency Programme One.
It's to keep you safe.
Rose, now listen; this is important. If this message is activated, then it can only mean one thing.
That's why I'm recording this, to keep you safe. It's the one promise I can keep.
We must be in danger. And I mean fatal. I'm dead or about to die any second with no chance of escape.
You and me eh? That's us; jeopardy friendly.
And that's okay. Hope it's a good death.
Sooner or later it will come; I know that now. This time, this life, it's not meant to last. I hope it goes on a little longer but just in case....
But I promised to look after you, and that's what I'm doing. The TARDIS is taking you home.
Because you have to live Rose, you have to survive. You give me so much Rose and you show me so much. So you have to survive.
And I bet you're fussing and moaning now - typical. But hold on and just listen a bit more.
There are so many things I never thank you for. I never told you before....
The TARDIS can never return for me. Emergency Programme One means I'm facing an enemy that should never get their hands on this machine. So this is what you should do: let the TARDIS die.
Each and everyday you make life worth living. The joy in your face is more beautiful that a thousand sunsets.
Just let this old box gather dust. No one can open it; no one will even notice it. Let it become a strange little thing standing on a street corner. And over the years, the world will move on and the box will be buried.
You deserve to live your life to the full, to know love; because no matter what I feel, I cant give you what you deserve Rose; and you deserve love.
And if you wanna remember me, then you can do one thing. That's all. One thing.
Never settle for second best, find someone who loves you, who will love you as much as I.......
