look how l337 ive become, using a mac and everything.
i now living beside flemmington racecourse. i was warned yesterday that spring carnival is going to be the worst two weeks of y life with people everywhere. oh joy. i was looking forward to having the trains running to that station or the week. just not the hundred thousand people in my way.
still working on the thesis things. the amazing things that the supervisor have said to me include: 'i didnt think you were going to finish once you left melbourne', 'have you been working as a waitress while at home', 'have you been traveling?' (that one was between our first and second meetings. the next suburb i am going to try out will be kensington, because it seems like money grows on trees there!
new sporadic internet at this house. telstra is retarded (we all knew that anyways) and didnt realize new houses were being built, so didnt bother to have cable connected for phone, internet or tv. december before all that fun stuff is supposed to be connected.. when it will actually get done who knows.
its birthdays weekend.. i have a 25th and a 30th to go to today and tomorrow. should be fun to go back to 'my old house' in camberwell and meet the parents ;-) that side of town was fun to live in. seems like everywhere means going through the city at peak hour in the morning. the most surprising best way to do that was from carlton north. hardly any traffic and i already had a seat on the tram by the time it got to flinders.
