Important note for the unvaccinated who believe in 'natural immunity':

The first Omicron-linked death in the U.S. was recorded in Texas' Harris County on Monday evening. The man was unvaccinated but had previously been infected.

The vaccine is MORE effective than having had COVID. Vaccine w/booster is DRAMATICALLY more effective than having had COVID.

@GOP plague boosters who WRONGLY go off about COVID being "the common cold" somehow never have "and you never stop getting the common cold, do you" click.

So if you're a @GOP/@FoxNews natural/herd immunity nut insisting "covid" means "common cold" (in the same way "rabid leopard" must mean "housecat" since "coronavirus" and "feline" are not entirely inappropriate loose comparisons)...

...how'd you get the common cold only once?

Why don't we have herd immunity to that?

I have an over-the-top immune system, I basically don't get anything going around, and yet even I've had more than one cold.

Y U NO IMMUNE TO COLDS?

And if you're not, but you insist COVID is just a cold... how's that gonna work?

The answer, obviously, is that it's NOT going to work, because COVID-19 is NOT THE COMMON COLD.

(Which in most common form isn't even coronavirus, you dolts. It's usually rhinovirus. About a third are coronavirus variants. And they're like COVID-19 like a kitten is like a leopard.)

It doesn't make even a little sense.

And as I've pointed out many times, none of these people give a fuck about making any sense, because that's not how authoritarian movements work, and they like it when oppositions get frustrated by that, because it feels like power.
