I don't know what sparked it, but I found myself the last couple days just going through all my old posts. There were quite a few. I started this journal as something to do. Most of what I wrote about in the early days were film reviews, write-ups of dreams I had, and links to what I considered the more interesting or bizarre news articles that I'd come across.
Then it crept into being more of me coming to this journal whenever I was having a hard time and so many posts were about my sad love life. And for some reason when those problems grew less and less, instead of going back to the posts I really enjoyed writing, I simply started posting less and less.
I think the only way I'm going to get myself back into the habit of writing regularly is if I return to what started this and what I enjoyed coming up with, movies and news. I still watch a ton of movies, so that shouldn't be much of an issue. I'll just have to keep track of what I've seen. I may even go for a running commentary from time to time.
Also, I'm going to have to look for a few more active people with whom I can follow and perhaps even socialize. I still love my faithful readers. However, so many of you appear to have either gone into read-only mode or just dropped out completely. I'm hoping the former, that way I can still entertain you with my wonderful tales.
In any case, it's time I get started. Now for some links, then a film or two later today.
The Horror Lab (Urban Exploring) Dutch: I love urban exploration, and this video is of an abandoned veterinary school about ten minutes from my house.
GA School Cancels Classes Because of Great Weather: Principal tells everyone to skip class and enjoy the nice day.

Astronomers Say They've Spotted Lonesome Planet: I'm pretty sure I read an old sci-fi story about something like this.
