I feel ya. My sister and I, when we lived in the same flat, used to put it in the fridge on the top shelf--when it's cold and hard, it's harder to just stand there eating spoonful after spoonful until the jar is half-empty and you gained ten pounds overnight. Nowadays, I just don't buy it--I know my willpower (or its nonexistence when it comes to Nutella). But if I did, I would pour it over ripe strawberries.

But otherwise, it's pure palm oil. Or was it coconut oil? Either way, it's arteriosclerosis central - which is why it tastes SO GOOD.
