There's no way Nutella can be good for you. Nothing that tastes this good can have any nutritional value.

It may not have nutritional value, but I'm sure you could coat it on something that does.

I think it has a smidge of calcium. Maybe.

But otherwise, it's pure palm oil. Or was it coconut oil? Either way, it's arteriosclerosis central - which is why it tastes SO GOOD.

I feel ya. My sister and I, when we lived in the same flat, used to put it in the fridge on the top shelf--when it's cold and hard, it's harder to just stand there eating spoonful after spoonful until the jar is half-empty and you gained ten pounds overnight.
Nowadays, I just don't buy it--I know my willpower (or its nonexistence when it comes to Nutella). But if I did, I would pour it over ripe strawberries.
