Help!

Anyone on my flist super duper crafty with layouts and feel like heling a sister out? I have a header I'd like to install on my own journal plus freshen up the place. I also have a KILLER layout someone made for oh_no_nicky that I don't even know where to begin installing it.

I've done basic stuff but the more I read the more frustrated I become. I'm having some sort of mental block and can't figure it out.

Any help would be appreciated!!
