Riza was literally falling apart at the seams. First her arm had fallen off when she had tried to sling her rifle on her shoulder and then her eye had fallen out when she went to look around. She didn't know what was going on in this place, but she didn't like it at all. At least she could put herself back together once something fell off.

What little bit of skin was still attached was tinted a nice shade of blue and she wondered just how long this was going to last. She had noticed the gate and looked over at it for a moment before she noticed someone else there as well.

"Hello."

The first response was to back away, to put distance between her and himself but he restrained himself. Squall forced himself to stay in his place. Even though he felt revulsed by her, he didn't show it on his face or in his posture. That didn't mean his hand didn't drop to where Revolver used to be when it was sheathed at his waist. (He still hadn't been able to find it. It was irritating but he was more or less on the trail of whoever stole it from him--only a matter of time ( ... )

She wasn't much of a rag doll, more like a skeleton falling apart at the joints. She didn't know why she had turned blue nor did she know why every once and a while some random limb would fall off. Even her clothes looked rotten and tattered. A couple of ribs could be seen in her side and one pant leg was practically torn off.

She gave a slight nod to Squall and then turned to the gate. She wanted to try and push it open, but she didn't know if her body would be able to handle it. The smallest of things would cause a limb to fall off. She sighed a bit and looked around again.

Squall watched her, noticing that she was unsuccessful. It wasn't hard to guess what she wanted. To leave, probably, or at least what else is out there. He sighed lightly, wondering if he should or just walk away. Even if he should be disgusted by the sight of her, he wasn't. Nor was he repulsed enough to leave her to her own devices.

And what harm would it be to just open the gate for her? Other than her turning around and attacking his back--unlikely as that seemed to be.

It's a do, or a don't, he rolled his eyes and walked over to the gate doors. He'll take his chances.

"Trying to leave this place," he asked with a shrug, reaching out to test how much force he needed to push the doors open.

"I don't know if leaving this place will change me back to normal," she said, looking over at him. She had been lucky when she pushed on the gate that her arm didn't fall off again. It was getting annoying trying to keep track of all the little bits that kept falling off. Sometimes she was able to find them quickly and other times it took a lot longer.

"I don't even know how to get home from here. If it's even possible," She added after a moment of silence. She was used to people being quiet, she was once a military woman and things often got quiet in the office when the other staff members were busy doing work and Roy was slacking off.
