summary: Cassian's day finally starts shaping up as Beatrice turns herself in, in exchange for Isen's life. Pity Isen's execution orders are from higher powers than the Commander.
[ Cassian received notice that soldiers on the ground were able to locate and take the elusive Solinthian Princess into custody and are bringing her back to the flagship. Since it was about damn time for something to go right, Cassian merely fixed his hair a little, adjusted his skirt, and put the finishing touches on his new toy while he waited for her arrival.
That's all done now, and he's standing in the loading dock with the finished product in hand. It's a collar designed personally for the princess. He even made it out of a grade of brass that reflects pinkish in the light, because he finds that it should go quite lovely with her hair.
The sentry ship touches down soon enough, the grin on Cassian's face widening as those on board disembark. ]
Your Highness. What a pleasure this meeting is. [ And with those words, Cassian offers her a sweeping bow, the otherwise respectful gesture a measure mocking due to the way he's grinning at her still. ]
