location: Entrance to the slums.
time: UH sometime during the invasion? Not too long after shit starts falling.
rating: PG-13 for violence and the occasional swearing

It's almost eerily quiet by the time Dino gets to the entrance, jumping off his flaming horse and relieved when he manages not to fall off it like he usually does (save for maybe a small stumble at the end). The group gathered around was small, though he was pretty sure they were enough to handle a bunch of pirates.
"All right, we'll split up into two groups. Some of us will be up here and hold the fort, but I'll need a few of you to go in and evacuate some of the people in there and stay with them. Just get them to a safe place for now, whether it's deeper inside or somewhere else. We're going to try to avoid as many casualties as we can; doesn't matter if it's helping the natives or people like us, we're all the same.
If you notice something or you need help, just shout through the journals and one of us will get there as soon as we can."
All too soon, shouts were ringing out, what looked to be a large group of pirates heading towards them. "Let's do our best and get the job done. Good luck," and with that, he grabs his whip, heading straight for the nearest pirate.
[ooc: OKAY feel free to just go wild. You can start a thread, or jump into another thread someone else started. If your character is already in the slums hiding, feel free to run into the evacuation team. Defending team: don't hesitate to just keep hacking away at people and let loose. JUST DO WHATEVER; the only thing that matters is, whether you want to defend or evacuate, we have to have an equal amount of people staying above ground and underground.
ALSO, if your weapons were taken from the raid, let's just assume they're back, yeah? 8)b
