Yay!
I found a very nice lady via Freecycle who is taking care of two siblings' worth of neices and nephews who took all the books, lock, stock, and barrel. Thank god.
Also finally took the boxes of Amazon books to the post office along with some other bulky mail that's been lying around, listed some of the extraneous stuff that's still new in the package for sale (magic bullet blender? Really? Deep-fat fryer #3?), and I can actually see isolated patches of floor in the living room again. Holy crap. And my mother actually let me throw out the rest of the expired, bug-infested food. Without throwing a tantrum. I'm flabbergasted.
I absolutely dread going through the fabric, but it has to be done. I need to be able to get at the yardage I'm actually going to use, damnit.
