Sep 01, 2011 16:22

These are just the shows I'm interested in, so won't be everything. I was making a list. Figured I might as well post it.

September:
4 - Lost Girl
12 - Extreme Couponing (It's like the perfect storm of impressive and disturbing.)
15 - The Vampire Diaries
19 - Castle
19 - Hawaii Five-0
20 - Body of Proof
20 - Biggest Loser (I know there are lots of issues with this show, but it gets me motivated.)
20 - NCIS: LA (Need to catch up first. Still haven't finished season 1.)
21 - Modern Family
22 - The Office
23 - Fringe
23 - Nikita
23 - Supernatural
24 - Boardwalk Empire

October:
2 - Dexter
6 - Psych
7 - Sanctuary

New Shows:
(Like above, the day is in front of the title.)

September:

13 - Ringer - Sarah Michelle Gellar is twins. Mysterious shit happens.

14 - Up All Night - Will Arnett, Christina Applegate, Maya Rudolph. People have children. Wackiness ensues.

15 - The Secret Circle - Like TVD but with witches.

19 - 2 Broke Girls - Kat Dennings (Darcy from Thor). 2 waitresses decide to start their own cupcake business. Wackiness ensues.

20 - Unforgettable - Poppy Montgomery solves crime with her photographic memory.

20 - New Girl - Zooey Deschanel moves in with some dudes. Wackiness ensues.

21 - Revenge - Emily VanCamp returns to the Hamptons to fuck shit up and get revenge on the rich people who wronged her. Also stars Madeleine Stowe.

22 - Charlie's Angels - Another remake, self-explanatory.

22 - Person of Interest - Jim Caviezel is an ex-CIA agent. Michael Emerson (Ben!) is a genius software billionaire. Together they fight crime. JJ Abrams is involved.

22 - Prime Suspect - Maria Bello, Kirk Acevedo, Aidan Quinn. Remake of the awesome UK Helen Mirren series. WHY?? At least the actors are good.

23 - A Gifted Man - Patrick Wilson, Julie Benz. A surgeon starts seeing his dead wife. Sounds meh, but will check it out for the actors.

October:

1 - Terra Nova - For some reason it seems like a good idea to use time travel to live back in dinosaur times. Operation: This Can't Possibly End Well is a go!

2 - Homeland - Claire Danes, Damian Lewis, Mandy Patinkin, Morena Baccarin. Claire Danes investigates a terrorist plot blah blah. Again, will check it out for the actors.

5 - American Horror Story - Dylan McDermott, Jessica Lange, Frances Conroy. A family moves from Boston to LA. Spooky haunted shit happens. Looks hella creepy awesome. The visuals will make for good vids.

21 - Grimm - Sasha Roiz. A homicide detective discovers fairytales are real and he's descended from supernatural hunters. Sadly, Sasha Roiz is not the main character.

23 - Once Upon A Time - Jennifer Morrison, Robert Carlyle. There's a parallel world of fairytales. Looks like it goes back & forth between worlds. Jennifer Morrison is out to uncover the truth or something. Robert Carlyle plays Rumpelstiltskin.

ETA: BBC show The Fades sounds interesting. Supernatural fantasy about 2 best friends? I'm there. But like most BBC shows, no premiere date released until it's on top of us.
