This list is mostly tv-related.
1. Detroit 1-8-7 is surprisingly really good! If you were a fan of Homicide: Life on the Street, I highly recommend this. With the way it portrays characters and dialogue and the overall tone, it's really giving me a H:LotS vibe that I'm loving. I may have to vid it.
2. I also finally tried The Event. It's half interesting and half boring, so I fastforwarded through the boring bits with no regrets. It has potential, though. I'm semi-intrigued.
New shows I still need to try: Chase, The Whole Truth, Outlaw, My Generation (I heard this was already cancelled though), Shit My Dad Says (mostly for train wreck lulz), Blue Bloods, No Ordinary Family, & Law & Order: LA.
3. Myst is being turned into a movie. Aw, nostalgia.
4. David E. Kelly is making a Wonder Woman tv series. I'm not too crazy about David E. Kelly shows in general, but we'll see. I've seen Bridget Regan mentioned in article comments a few times, which could be very cool. (I'm still holding out hope that someone like Starz might still pick up Legend of the Seeker. It could happen! Keep hope alive!) If I was casting Wonder Woman, I'd want Jodi Lyn O'Keefe. She would be an awesome Wonder Woman.
5. Luther: Idris Elba and Ruth Wilson Interview.
6. Bryan Fuller is remaking The Munsters...Huh.
7. The most disturbing phone charger ever made. WHY.
