I just read a Kirk/McCoy series where McCoy gets stranded, thinks he's been abandoned, and gives up. Followed by the sequel in which Kirk gets date raped and no one believes him. Sooo...I'll just be curled up in the corner weeping now. Thanks?
Kidding aside, it is quite good if you like angst and fucked up people. Which, obviously, I do.

I feel that I should be concerned with how much I've apparently decided to identify with fanon's new self-destructive, self-hating Kirk. And yet. Or to quote giandujakiss, "Needs more needy-pining-self-destructive-hooker!Kirk."
