Interview Update
The interview yesterday afternoon with Apangea went well. Primarily involved
them voicing concerns over me moving from a material production environment
to a production environment solely focused on software. I believe I was able
to alleviate all of their concerns while showing that I anticipated those
concerns, and while the end product was different, the software I wrote at
US Steel was in no way less important to the plant than Apangea's software.
On other fronts: Mixed signals from US Steel. Good things from my previous
managers, but nothing from the hiring manager for the position I interviewed
with about 3 weeks ago. I have a few emails out attempting to determine
whats going on with that.
If there's any prospect status I haven't updated about in a while assume it
went bust.
