being as late... (or as early) as it is, my creative juices have started to flow. Have you thought about how cool CJ video is? GO to any other video rental store, and it's a hell of a lot more expencive for the same videos. That is not cool. So here is a tribute to the great Cj video... barginville

We can take a trip up to the corner
it's not too far,
especially in the car
There's a friendly store
with nice decor,
and lots of posters on the door
Once past the counter and the news stand,
with a bag of popcorn in your hand
You're ready for the world...
no not the band...
but a fine selection in video land
Don't be too confused by the little reviews
on the back of the box,
just pick up the boxes,
all the boxes you can use
The hipedi-hoppest videos in the land
maybe something foreign,
maybe something panned,
maybe something formerly banned
Perhaps it's something you can watch with friends,
or something that inevitably lends
itself to shapely curves and bends
of exploited women and their friends
Perhaps it's 'New York, New York"
with Liza Minnelli and Mickey Rourke
No. That's not right. it was Robert Deniro
...everyone's favorite video hero
So contrary to the desparate sign,
most patrons always "please rewind!"
And the clerks don't mind
they're very kind,
the only stickler has resigned
There's a courteous "smoking section" in the back
behind the buldging exercise video rack
If you're tired, you can hit the sack
with the new ben-Hur trendy disco double pack
Soon there will be "program your own" TV,
So they ask you to heed this final plea
Before it's all dead you should rent more
and enjoy Cj videos Galore!

Also i took a little time to use the BACKSPACE key a little... for someone that buged me about it :). well i figure it's late enough to call it a night... but there are still some thoughts runnning through my head. Oh well too much to type. Maybe i'll cancle any real thought by reading one of my recently aquired MAD mags. I like the mindlessness... (not a word i bet) of the mag. It's pointless, yet entertaining. Although sometimes they take it to far and it's darn right nasty. By the way, That poem with balletboy seems vaugly framiliar to me... wonder why. It's like i've read it somewhere before?... maybe... oh well who cares. Very creative and kudos (sp?) to you for commin up with it on the spot.
Well this whole poem ordeal has made me think a little more, maybe i'll work a little more on poems before turning to MAD. Wonder what time i'll get to bed tonight? Ahh who cares, it's only 2:40, and it's a Friday!... wait, everyday is like a Friday during the summer. Well more like a Sat, but u get what i mean. Oh well it will be refreshing to talk to my parents for once, for i seem to never be home in the evnings alone with them. What a shame... :)
