After about an hour so, they decided to stop skating and Vala managed to convince Daniel to take her window shopping along the mainstreet of the town. It was full of those speciality shops you really never find in the city and Vala wanted to look for some christmas gifts for the others. She had already bought Cameron a book on King Arthur and Pervical since he had taken interest. She thought it was cute, to be honest, that he fit the role. However the others she still had no idea what to get.
She enjoyed the idea of christmas, all of it, not just the presents. She supposed it was odd that she enjoyed a holiday that was so much about family and togetherness when she was someone who liked her space and sole idenity. But she did and she choose not to dwell on why she wouldn't before.
There was one thing she was always aware of: Change. And Change is always harder when one was unwilling to change themselves.
