Can you tell I'm housecleaning?
THIS IS FROM A FEW WEEKS AGO....
Fics worked on during impromtu vacation in Grove City:
Golden Circle (EDIT: Completed)
Theo Story line (which sucks but I endevor to improve.)
Sometimes (completed chapter 7)
Sometimes is no longer canon for only a few facts. His appearance in my story goes against what I have been told about his description in the book. He also is on the side of Anti-Voldemort (I'm sick of the classifications of Light and Dark) and from the information I have recieved he seems to be prejuded against muggleborns & the like. Granted, if I can make Draco Malfoy a good guy, I can make Blaise.
Of course I can claim ignorance of Book 6 since I did not read it and have no plan of doing so.
I did put some of the facts into chapter seven so I shall need someone who has read the sixth book to verify some facts. Either that or I need to find where I put the lexicon link. Don't know if they would have that stuff up yet.
I completed Chapter Seven!!!! I was surprised to all of a sudden get a rush of an idea and I went with it and today I wrote six (well, five and a half in Wordpad) pages of it. It may be shorter when I get to word but I think that it should be basically the same length. I need to get a primary beta done on it and a fact verification and I shall post it.
Btw I am looking for a beta for the series. I have chapters 1-3 beta'd twice and none of the others beta'd at all.
Note...I need to start writing a general idea of what Kolorians are. I think I have gotten myself into a lot of trouble as far as keeping it to 10 chapers with that story twist. I think it may take a chapter simply to explain it. Oh, well. Hopefully everyone will enjoy the seventh chapter.
In upcoming chapters, Seamus, Montague and Angelina are going to play bigger parts plus I have two more Ocs that shall be in the background mostly.

Ok, I have a possible H/C fic in the works now. I have to do alot of research on it because I don't want to just make stuff up about it. Granted, getting it in a another universe might change the illness I am going to give someone but I want to at least know the basics.
My victim: Aiden because he hasn't gotten alot of showtime in H/C fics. I was thinking about Rodney or even Carson but I need Carson to be arlight. I didn't want to do Sheppard or Rodney because they get so many fics written about them. I almost did Teyla at one point but decided I don't write her well enough. or Elizabeth. They both intemidate me as a writer.
Actually most characters on that show do. I think that is why I like OCs alot. When you are the creater they are less intimidating. I think that is another reason why I tend not to finish fics. I get intimidated by the characters and I'm constantly wishing I could re-write it better. I so far have only completed a few stories and all were one-shots or one-shot series. Golden Circle is going to be my first completed chapter fic. I am planning on finishing it before Friday and uploading it.
Well, Golden Circle is 95% complete. As soon as I get home I'll do a word check & a spell check, do a few edits and I shall post it.
