If the fanfiction is marked by a *, it comes heavily recommended by me. Everything here is well worth reading, but those are stories you just can't miss, in my opinion.
Beat by sugarland31 - Angsty and heartbreaking. I really enjoyed this one.
* Closing the Distance by Utsukushii Kohana - One of my dear f-listers, zoetekohana, wrote this one, and it is so heartbreaking. A must read.
Don't Turn Your Back> by Twilight Rose2 - A collection of Tokka drabbles. Oftentimes humorous, occasionally angsty, and most always worth the read.
* take a bow by silver moon droplet>silver moon droplet - A cute, if short Tokka drabble that should make you grin from ear to ear, or at least smile.
look at what you've done by silver moon droplet - Another Tokka drabble by silver moon droplet, in this case very angsty. It's not specifically Tokka, but can be interpreted as such.
Solid by Val-Creative - A very old Tokka oneshot, one of the very first, set in Season 2. Given that, at the point of publishing, Toph's crush on Sokka had not been affirmed, I found it to be a very interesting read.
Of Princesses and Knights by Ari and Mo - Cute. Very fluffy. Not much else to be said about this one.
Growing Up Fast by cloudmonet - This is a very, very good read, so don't let the length of it dissuade you. Though I still think Tokka isn't all that realistic at their current ages, it manage to make present-time Tokka believable - and in a Season 2 setting, no less.
Double Date by cloudmonet - See my notes on "Growing Up Fast." The same apply to "Double Date."
* The Drawbacks of the Indirect Approach by Eva Kasumi - LOL. That's really the only way I can describe this. Romantic comedy at its best.
* Sunset by LoneHowl - This was one of the first Tokka fanfictions I ever read and adored. That's why it frustrated me for so long that I couldn't ever find it. Finally, I was searching through the archive of Toph/Sokka stories and noticed it. There's a reason I put a star next to this one, and that's because it's amazing in its way.
Lover's Smile by xannychan - This one just makes me "awwww." It's fluffy, but not too cheesy. Two thumbs up.
* Just So We're Clear by Kaly Cephirot - So cute! And sexy, I might add. ;)
Child Proof by Clone Number 5 - Just a bit of dialogue between Toph and Sokka. It makes me giggle.
