Even though I'm exhaused and just want to sleep, I have to write about my salvia trip tonight before I forget about it:
I started feeling really tingley and then I couldn't stop laughing. I was then pulled away from the room I was sitting it by a mysterious female figure behind me with a cold stern, but motherly voice (like the White Witch?/Snow Queen? from Narnia). The room became flat and turned on it's side, like a block of orangish pink light. I was in space where everything was pitch black and the scene, along with many other hot pink squished scenes spinning around on a wheel, starting at it head on. (semi-like the wheel on price is right-only instead of numbers it was blocks of thin light). Everything was dark except for the wheel spinning around. The female figure then told me I had to pick a scene to be dropped into and that I'd better hurry. I stuck my foot into the room I had been sitting in and realized Justin was there. Then I "sat down" and began to come back to reality. I guess it made me realize that I should appreciate what I have because at any moment it could be taken away from me and I may end up somewhere I didn't choose on accident. It was the strangest experience I've ever had in my life. I felt nervous, anxious, humored, and extremely excited all at the same time. I kept asking Justin "how do I get down? get me down".
Then we went outside and watched a guy perform a fire show.
Tonight was awesome. Accoustic live music, endless hooka, drawing, writing, tea, poetry readings, tai chi, fire show, weed, salvia, tortilla chips, friends, all in the same night. Accompanied with the perfect lighting, a lodge-type atmosphere, and open minded people all around. It was fantastic.
