A Quickie!
hello! i just wanted to report this most excellent conversation i just had with a customer! it goes as follows:
Cust: I need a repair on my maytag
Joe: ok, what exactly needs repairing
Cust: my maytag
Joe: What kind of machine is it?
Cust: i told you! a maytag!
Joe: Sir, i need to know what kind of maytag it is!
Cust: its a maytag 2000 series!
Joe: SIR! MAYTAG MAKES LOTS OF THINGS! IS IT A WASHER, DRYER, STOVE, OVEN, DISHWASHER, OR POSSIBLY REFRIGERATOR!?!??!
Cust: oh....its a dryer.
Joe: THANK YOU! now, whats the problem with it?
Cust: well, its not drying...oh wait... and actually i think its a Whirpool.
Joe: (internally) AHHRRGGGHHHHHHMMUUUEEEE!!!!
