Well, the cafe was interesting this time around. Is it just me, or did the scones taste a little better this time than they were last time? I'm not sure what it is about them... they were just that good! My compliments to the chef... if I knew who cooked them, that is...
It disappoints me that Peasley was nowhere to be found this time, however. I was looking to converse a tad with the guy, especially with how he was so kind during serving me my first time around there.
That wasn't the only kind of discouraging thing going on, however, but... I suppose I should not go into that publicly? It would probably upset the people in question if I did.
WELL, all in all. *nods* It was very enjoyable. I'm afraid I may not be able to show up next time, however... things just keep getting busier and busier for me nowadays! But at least I had a good time now.

I hate to butt in on your personal problems, and I apologize if this seems too much like digging (erm, no pun intended) into things, but the way things seemed before I left did not just leave your similar-looking friend at unease. I'm honestly quite concerned myself...
Aside from that, however, you did make my time at the cafe all the more pleasant. We really do need to sit down and have a nice conversation sometime when you're not busy from work! [/private]
