Personality:
Lussuria really knows how to make a first impression, and we are not only talking about his hairstyle and fabulous outfit. There's more than the eye meets when it comes in terms of personality to the one who represents the sin of Lust in the Varia Squad, and the first impression that everyone would get of him is that he is not a normal person.
Normal is overrated and out of the dictionary for him. That's why he tends to do things in different, more interesting ways. Lussuria is the kind of person who finds a defensive strategy for a raid boring. And all of this is because he belongs to a messed up squad called Varia from a Mafia Organization. There's a strong sense of loyalty towards the Vongola family, but mostly to his beloved Boss: Xanxus.
Devoted to him, Lussuria also seems to be someone who tends to act like a mother figure for all the assassins. It might be because he's good at reading their emotions or just because they are really messed up, but Lussuria often calls himself "Mama" of the Varia, and probably the 'mama' too of all the people he tends to baby sit and make sure they are fine (mostly because he's the oldest member of the family and has to set the example!)
This is the reason why he's part of the Sun Attribute, dazzling the stage and melting the darkness away with his personality. Lussuria is someone who you, if you are close to him, can rely on to do any kind of things because of that part of him. Family is one of the most important things after all, and he will do anything in order to protect them. His ability as the Sun is the "activation" and he fulfills his role really well among the Varia.
But don't get fooled by this nice part of him, because that's only a small part of what makes Lussuria himself. He's still an assassin, and he does it with Quality. He is not even guilty or afraid of killing a person if it is a job, and that is what makes him a fearsome opponent. But as part of the Varia, they don't kill just simply like that, they do with a style enough to be respected by people outside the family: There's no mercy to be shown, no trace of doubt and no small amount of weakness in their killing method.
Of course, Lussuria lusts after other things as well. He's confident enough of his abilities and fighting style, and he is not a weak damsel in distress that someone needs to save. Even if his Box Weapon is normally used to provide support and heal others, Lussuria can and will kick someone's ass in a fabulous way. Normally the kind of bodies he likes are the ones almost unconscious, full of marks from a fight and almost dead, lying down on the floor.
Complementing this, Lussuria often is seen as someone who likes to spend time taking care of himself, both in body and esthetic. He likes to dress fabulous along with his three colored hairstyle and will not accept any kind of criticism about his fashion sense. This comes with a strong act of what someone would expect of a narcissist person. Of course, he doesn't like to admit when he's defeated because of his own pride too.

[There's a wink and a playful hand gesture towards the camera before this man, whose hairstyle is really.... strange, speaks again.] Allow me to introduce my cute partner here today~! [The screen now focuses on the Ralts, who poses cutely for the screen.] Her name is Evelina, everyone tell her how adorable she is!
[Again, the camera shifts to show Lussuria, who smiles a bit differently this time. There's a strange aura around him, despite the fact that he's still smiling...]
Let's get this straight, okay? I don't take kindly to being kidnapped and taken away from my job. Or perhaps I should show you why it was a bad idea to begin with. Messing with the Varia Squad wasn't really smart of you, whoever you are! [By the tone in which he said that, it wasn't a pleasant one.]
And Evelina is totally staying with me. [There's a chuckle at that.] Ah, we're running out of time~! It was nice to meet you all, and hope to see you again in my next program~ Ciao~
[Before he turns it off, there's a small sigh coming from him with a last sentence...]
Ah, Boss will not be pleased with Mama. Who will take care of them all if I'm not there?

Third Person Sample:
He had to admit that it wasn't the same as battling by oneself, but after so long, he managed to get used to it. Besides, he still had so many people depending on him already that it was such a surprise. Part of him already knew that they needed him to keep an eye of them after so long.
Well, it was his job as Mama of the Varia too. But today, it was his day. He already crushed the other two gym Leaders without effort, and since he was in Goldenrod to buy some stuff for his family, he decided to take that Gym as well.
"Ah, you already lost!" Lussuria smirked to the crying girl in front of him. Yes, he already knew that he would crush her so easily, but at least he expected somewhat of a challenge. A pity indeed. "There's no need to cry, after all the difference was pretty obvious from the beginning. I just felt like playing with y-o-u~"
He couldn't help himself sometimes, especially when the young ones dared to say his hair style was horrible. And he had to make sure she learned that lesson too. "Now, stop being so annoying with your tears and give me what is mine... And perhaps I can give you some hair advice. Yours is already outdated, dear."
There was a chuckle from him, which Whitney didn't take kindly. Lussuria was already going to get a headache from this. "Oh, please. I don't have all the day to spend with you." Lussuria just moved his hand to grab her and forcing her hand open to get that badge. Once it was done, he turned to show her his back and started walking towards the door, wearing a smile on his face.
Before Whitney could say something, the assassin glanced over his shoulder with a different aura.
"Be glad that no one can die here~" There was a small pause before a small chuckle left his lips. "We're Varia, and we win our battles with style~! Ciao~!"
Whitney felt a chill go down her spine as she fell silent, watching as that fabulous man left the Gym with such a strong confidence, followed by his Gardevoir.
