Day 3 of my 'training' cycle so to speak.
I have managed to find a course that is aproximately 1 and a half miles long, in a loop. In the middle of this said course is a parking lot that has a 7 foot wall in the middle of it. What I do, is jog the first half, warm up.. come up to that wall, and climb it as fast as i can, recover from the fall and keep going at a full running pace.
I do this every other night, and end it with a pyramid of pushups (Starting at 5 and ending at 15, then coming back down) and 100 crunches.
I'm hoping by the time January 21st rolls around, I'll be in tip top shape to keep up with all the other ex-military AND very very sufficient at climbing the 6 foot wall, so that i get over it without any issue what so ever.
I'm dead serious about this all, and I will update every 3-5 days on my progress :)
Even if I don't get selected this time around, I want to make an impression that will last. I -will- be some form of sworn peace officer within the next year, or 2. This is what I want.
