new workout routine started. The old one hit the end for me and I was beginning to gain weight again, lol.

Well, today I did a very mixed exercise program that combined weight training and cardio, and man oh man does my body burn all over. It's a full body exercise that incorporates both lower and upper body at the same time, alternating cardio and weight training with either and let me tell you. I thought I was good for it but it really, REALLY fucked me up. Anyways, I'm gonna stick with this program now until it gets easier for me.. I can start with 15lbs per hand but by the end I'm down to 5, lol. It's that brutal.

My goal is to stick with 15 lbs the whole workout now, and move it up to 25 the whole workout within the next few months.
