Jane Went Antiquing Today!
And got some really nifty stuff!
#1: Epic tapestry of epicness! Pretty sure it's supposed to be late 1500s Venice. Look at the men's clothes, and the architecture. This thing is 4.15 x 6.25 feet!!!!!! Orangey chenille, line down the center is a fold, not damaged. Probably will use it for decoration at SCA events, maybe hang it in my pavilion with my small medieval tapestry.
#2: Another tapestry! This one has a Regency motif. Only about 3x3 feet but still cute. Thinking of framing it and using it in the house somewhere. Definitely wouldn't work for SCA.
#3: Adorable white rabbit fur muff and hat! Unfortunately it's for a little girl, but for 20 bucks, I couldn't pass it up. I can barely squeeze my hand in the muff, so I don't think I can use that :( Oh well! Still wanted it.
#4: Small wooden box. Gonna use it to tote my jewelry and accessories to SCA events, so I don't have to use ziploc bags. Not in perfect shape, but it was 5 bucks.
