i witnessed take 2 of lady sovereign last night at the el rey and it was really fucken awesome! she really is the biggest midget in the game. hahaha! i loved her dj's intro...he busts out some old school techno jams that take me back to when a 15 year old carefree raver. she made her entrance on crutches and arm in a sling to poke fun at the fact that the last time she played she had to stop the show 3 songs in cos she was sick with some sort of a chest infection. she didn't play 9-5 but i heard everything else i wanted to hear (including a sex pistols cover) and danced in the balcony with pantle, derek, cris, marisa & james. john even let me drive his audi home and that little car sure does go fast! i want one! i'm extremely happy that he left the agency group yesterday. they were shitty to him and big things are in store for him at uta anyway. again, more change for the better in 2007!
