Sohee was born to a young couple that consisted of a slowly rising businessman, and his stay at home wife. The party of three lived a fairly normal life in the heart of South Korea's, Seoul city. They made enough to get the bills paid on time, and of course to have a little left over for the occasional luxury and maybe a family vacation to the Philippines too. It wasn’t until Sohee reached her 6th year on the planet that things started to get shaken up a little. No, her parents weren’t getting a divorce , and there wasn’t another Ahn family member on the way, and yes Sohee’s father had gotten a promotion… A promotion that made her father VP of creative design for the company. After about a year the Ahns found themselves living a completely different life--they had moved out to a rich Seoul Suburb, moved into a modern style house that was almost too big for them, and became spoiled rotten. With all the money--came new highs and lows, all of which shaped Sohee into the person she is at the moment.
Ever since her family “got rich,” her mom started to slowly but surely leave behind the house wife image, soon chefs and maids were brought into the mix, and her mom turned into something called a sociallite. Thus instead of spending time with her family like she did for the first 6 years of her life, Sohee was left alone with a nanny, infinite amounts of toys, and a surprising favorite, books. So when school time rolled around sohee found herself buried further into her books, completely disregarding everyone and everything around her. It wasn’t until high school that things started to change with Sohee, while she was never an ugly child per say, she never really came out into the spotlight--preferring to hang in the back of the classroom in her seat with a book while the other kids socialized. Her socialite mother saw this as a problem and enrolled Sohee in a bunch of different classes and lessons ranging from Tennis to Art, just so the girl could have all her basis covered. So when middle school rolled around, Sohee was a little more social and a lot more well known, thanks to her mother who made sure every day was filled with something or other that would keep sohee busy, after she did her homework.
By the end of high school everyone knew who Ahn Sohee was, whether they wanted to or not. College was going to be a mind blower for Sohee, she didn’t start out with the quest to be popular, really she was just happy with her 4 friends from high school--but no, the older girls instantly noticed her. Maybe it was because Sohee always wore crisp white pleated tennis skirts, lacoste polo t’s, and white sneakers that didn’t seem to get dirty, maybe it was because all her bags were real, or maybe it was because those bows that she pinned her bangs back with were just simply adorable, the older girls noticed. Said older girls invited her to sit with them at lunch everyday, took her to all the parties, and basically shaped her to be one of the well liked and elite preps.
Her new found popularity came with a few repercussions, for one, the boys came a-flying. A few months into her freshman year Sohee started dating her first serious boyfriend, she was naïve and believed that the older boy (a grade above her) would be with her forever, it turned out to be just the opposite. While they were considered the perfect couple, the crisp and clean prep and her jockish boyfriend, things weren’t exactly sugar cookies and milk. When the summer rolled around, her boyfriend began to take Sohee to all the older parties where there was a lot more drinking, a lot more drugs, and a ton more sex--most nights Sohee was able to hold her own, cut herself off when she needed to--but that one fateful night coincidentally after a huge fight with her parents, Sohee got a little too fucked up to be able to say no, to anything. So her boyfriend took her into one of the bedroom’s at the party house and had his way with her--Looking back, Sohee regrets agreeing to it--as her first time wasn’t special, and neither was her second, third, fourth, or fifth. Eventually the two broke up, he claimed that she was too uptight, and she --well she was just sick of their relationship coming down to nothing but sex.
Her friends could argue that the boyfriend that came after was the worst, he’s the one responsible for Sohee’s little…dependency. Around the middle of her sophomore year, Sohee’s grades were slipping and she wasn’t sure why--it was driving her insane and into a really bad bout of depression, so bad that she started wearing sweat pants to school! Being the good boyfriend that he was he decided to help Sohee out with her problem and introduced her to a sweet little pill called adderal. He told her that it would be their little secret and it certainly would take care of her grades-- The pill made her work at a different level, it helped her concentrate and she couldn’t ever see herself going off it any time soon, thus the adderal dependency started. Of course her ex boyfriend is also to blame for another fancy that she has ….One night at a party Sohee walked in on her boyfriend and a bunch of his friends snorting something or other off a silver platter with a 100 dollar bill..she knew exactly what it was and she was shocked. But thanks to peer pressure, Sohee was soon doing the same--snorting it up like a pro too. The feeling that it gave her was amazing and lasted for the duration of the party--it was making a deadly cocktail in her blood and the rush was amazing. As you can guess--the one time try turned into two, three, four, and then she lost count. Now at every party she ever goes to (which is a lot) she always makes sure to take a little something something before or during the party. How the secret hasn’t gotten out--she’s not sure, but rumors have been circulating, all of which she shoots down quicker than she blinks.
At the moment Sohee is a Junior and enjoying her life, yes she’s still excruciatingly busy, and yes she’s involved with everything from Art, to Volunteering, but it doesn’t mean she isn’t out there having fun. Quite the opposite actually, not only is she constantly partying on the weekends, but she's apparently loosened up a little bit too. Take it how you will, but this year is certainly going to be an interesting year for one Ahn Sohee.

There are only two reactions that can ever possibly arise when the name Ahn Sohee comes up, the typical “OH MY GOD I LOVE HER,” or the slightly more increasing “UGH I HATE HER.” Surprisingly though, those reactions are very much deserved. On the surface Sohee seems as though she’s all spice with maybe a pinch of ginger in her--but its very much opposite. The only reason people call her cute is because of a trend that she started in her freshman year--the bows. All throughout her Freshman year she was known as the girl who wore white as snow pleated skirts, pink, and big bow clips in her hair--it was sort of her little trend, most of the senior girls that ruled the preps thought she was the most precious thing ever and took her under their wings, dubbing her the cutie patootie! The nickname, and assumption that she was all sugar, just stuck.
Here's the deal, Sohee is dubbed as quiet when you first meet her-- She’s the smart looking girl who sits towards the front of the class, with a stoic expression and probably the best hand writing you’ve ever seen. She’s also clearly from a well off family (unlike most of the other girls, her Louis is real.).You can forget about talking to her when there’s an actual lecture going on--because she’ll probably ignore and keep on taking her notes, but If you’re really loud and really annoying--she’ll be glad to tell you to shut the fuck up. Things change almost instantaneously the second that the teacher tells everyone to pair up, break off into groups, or pick a partner for the project. It’ll be a cutthroat battle to get to her--there have been pushes ,shoves, and even punches before, she’s a hot commodity when it comes to group work. Why? Because she will gladly take the grunt of the work, do it all, and give you the answers. Yes, she’s that girl--the girl that your teachers tell you to go to for help.
