Another missed show. Not having a car anymore is a pants pisser!!!
i've been way into jumping jacks and log rolls lately. Not physically mind you, just mentally. If I had a rug I would cut it up with mad mad 3rd grade gymnastic skills..hit a high bar roll high-5..I remember having to do a gymnastics/dance routine in third grade gym class. I was very shy but I thwarted all this with insane enthusiasm. My best friend and I(i had to talk him into it) ripped around the canvas. I still view it as spectacular. I pranced around and did log rolls high kicks swan dives--i did it all. I earned an A and a golden sneaker award that year. I wish i knew what song i was dancing to?? Back to kindergarten--FLASH FLASH--i remember working out to let's get physical by olivia newton john. Even at that young age i knew something was wrong. I can't believe they made us sweat to such a dirty song. I had time to contemplate the lyrics one class because i sat out(for reasons i can't remember..a hurt ankle will do i guess..who knows???) i remember blowing bubbles on the sidelines while little people danced to let's get physical. I'm glad I got to see something liek that in this lifetime. If I have to repeat again i'll wait for that moment. The bubbles i was blowing were pretty rad too. I started making a childhood compilation cd but i shelved the idea. Maybe i can fill my boring weekend with that project. I'm debating michael jackson's thriller. That video scared me, it really did. I shared a room with my older brother who was in 6th grade , he was way into michael jackson and bon jovi..it was ridiculous to me. He had a thriller poster up near
my bed..how i hated and feared that thing. MJ with his bright glow in the dark eyes, there was no escape!! He does hurt little boys!! =O
but ya, fuck MJ!!!
My brother was also into acdc. One time asong called 'big balls' came on. perhaps you've heard of it??? well, this song to my young listening ears was nothing but pure humor. I remember a line--my balls are always bouncing everywhere i go--..i remember making fun of the song so much that my brother kicked my ass. he had never pulled any kind of stunt like that before. I don't blame acdc for this though i never liked them much. rock is about big balls and if they should sway this way or that while walking so be it. Since getting physically upended was something new to me i decided to get revenge. My brother took a nap--i was quite young remember--i walked over to his head and i farted on it while saying alarm clock. I didn't think he would wake up but he did. He thrashed me again but i laughed the whole time and i will always remember it as a funny scene. after that i kind of learned to turn a deaf ear to bon jovi acdc and the like. I have no regrets! I was going to go on about my first visit to the middle school i would eventually attend. the printmaking students cooked us up a batch of bon jovi slippery when wt posters. They were not sweet! bright yellow and green...i chucked my poster out the window and a girl yelled at me. she and the others had the hots for him...he did have a firm rump i guess but ehh.
i'm really getting into ween, it's strange.
