4 days until my birthday. Restaurant picked, reservations will be made tomorrow, I'm getting pretty excited. ONE WEEK until Steele and London. When I say that I haven't been able to fall asleep every night this week because I've been thinking about it, I really mean it. I think it's going to be so great it's going to be like a book. Or better than a book. Going home tomorrow to get my hair cut and get a new driver's license and do some shopping for the trip. I'm a little nervous about the hair situation. It better look kickass. OC tonight was the best episode of the season. Sandy Cohen redeemed himself. Seth and Summer...what is there to say? The ending was so lame and hilarious that it was actually GOOD. And you thought the Spiderman kiss couldn't be translated into real life?! Pshaw. The song Alive with the Glory of Love by Say Anything is my new favorite song, download immediately. Babysitting tomorrow BUT I don't have to take Alex to the Met at least. Yes, Beth wanted me to take her 7-yr old seemingly ADD-afflicted kid to the Met. Alex is a good kid and I love him but he can't even sit quietly and watch cartoons. It would have been a disaster but he's having a play date instead so I just gotta pick Cate up from school and take her to ballet. Oh yeah and last week Jo, Sarah, and I went to PIE for all-you-can eat pizza and it was so delicious but afterwards I don't think I've ever been so sick from food in my life. But Rach--we had that banana and nutella pizza you were talking about before. It was heaven. Also, I don't think I wrote about this yet & it's a little delayed but I want to officially state how jazzed I am that Howard Dean is chair of the DNC. I've been reading a lot of articles lately about how there are some Dems who really want to take a more conservative stance on issues like abortion in order to gain more support for the party and I am fully confident that Dean won't let that happen...if only because he is a former board member of Planned Parenthood in New England. He gets it. I like him! Alright enough for now, stay outta the snow!
